Is beauty in the eye of the beholder? Yes, only if you are beholding it. If you can indeed witness your own beautiful nature, then you’re a witness to another’s beauty. It is that simple, what we see in another is what we see within ourselves. What we are projecting out is coming from the inside heart mind.

Do you feel beautiful about who you are? Are you confident, just being you? Do you appreciate another’s physical beauty? If you answered yes, you are a beautiful human being gracing everyone and everything you encounter with your presence.

Grace transforms you. Grace changes the outward appearances no matter what you are putting out there. If you see love, beauty, and joy, there is a depth of inner-peace that transforms you as if you are the most beautiful bouquet of exotic flowers. Most5 want these flowers all around them.

When we exude joy-filled thoughts positive energy, an inward smile there is this appreciation for the day to day living. It becomes the reflection of everything in and around you.

The opposite is true too, if you are angry, feeling a weak sense of self and have jealousy and envy, that is grace too, the dark side of grace, the shadow self.
