We all have those days when we are just not all that perky. It happens, it is one of the emotional components of being human…Moodiness….Out of sorts…. Unexplainable BLAH.
If you feel you are lingering in those dark moods for more than you would like, plug yourself into the things of love, find what you are grateful for instead of going over and over what is darkening those feelings.
Those conflicting emotions are the navigators that let us know how we are doing. Love yourself, nurture your goodness and the things you love. Appeal to your highest good… that is self-love, self-care, and self-compassion.
Never push anything away, even if it feels sucky because it is all necessary to our personal understanding of ourselves. Acknowledge, seek to understand the best you can and move it on when you can. Be gentle with yourself. “Every day may not be good, but there’s something good in every day.” Seek it, and you will definitely vibe with it.
