
It is important that we find the time to honor who we are, to take time out of our busy day and celebrate ourselves for our efforts and our victories, and to sing our praise for our strength even during the darkest of times.
1. Begin with just being kind to yourself that is the nicest gesture you can give yourself.
2. Show yourself some gratitude; after all everyone around you is grateful for your presence, you must give yourself some of that appreciation too.
3. Be a BFF to yourself, that’s right when you talk to yourself give yourself some of that BFF love.
4. Just know you are always wearing the ‘Ruby Slippers,’ you have all the power baby!
