When we say; ‘Go with the Flow’ we need to remind ourselves that we need to apply that concept to ourselves.

Listen to your emotions, when you get stirred up instead of reacting, practice feeling the emotion and just being with it, for now, they are communicating with us and trying to work it out.
When you are feeling out of sorts, take responsibility for that feeling even if someone else pushed your button. It rarely is about you anyway.
As you nourish yourself with food to survive, feed your passions and creative dreams even if you think they are unreachable. Exploring what gets your juices flowing is paying attention to what is important; YOU.
Take some alone time for yourself. Take yourself out and have some open dialogue with you and you. I do that all the time and when I answer myself, I know I get the right advice.
The big bottom line and I love this because I remember being a fan of Dr. Phil a gazillion years ago. LOL, His claim to fame; ”YOU TEACH PEOPLE HOW TO TREAT YOU” I believe that. If you are not treating yourself with loving kindness, well hell, most of the time all other beings are irritating. When we come from a place of feeling groovy about who we are, all things flow.
Finally, take ownership of your shit, it feels so liberating to accept and see ourselves as we are, a bundle of creative emotions, a divine presence, and someone who is unapologetically true to themselves, no matter who agrees to you or not. unconditional acceptance of what it is what gives us the self-empowerment to practice self-improvement without losing our flow of self-love.
