Energy is pretty amazing, if you close your eyes, be still for a few minutes you can feel the vitality of the life force flowing through you and all around you. If you gaze at another person, you might see energy around them; I know I have.
I remember a time in yoga my eyes were slightly closed; I opened them while deeply breathing and internally asking to open up, more; I was overwhelmed with what I saw. EVERYONE had a slight glow around them; it kinda freaked me out, and I was in ‘AH’ of what I had just witnessed.
This little flash of wisdom helped me to see my life from a much greater perspective. It became crystal clear to me at that moment that my body houses my Divine Spirit here on earth. That ‘I am’ VERY powerful, and to practice never taking that energy for granted. Along with that, came an undeniable excitement of my power, and that I can make the changes in my life when I believe in myself, my divinity.
Energy is real.
If you continue to tune into your awareness, you can charge up your reception of the Divine love that flows continuously within you and around you that supports you without question with every breath.
You will begin to experience what freedom is; you will know how to bring peace, balance, and love with you everywhere you go, just by your intentions.
That spirit you carry with you is the magic healing, and reconciliation within ourselves and extends out to everyone.
Once you open up, believe in the powerful of your Divine energy, the ebb, and flow of life works for you. Opening the heart to what is possible, in my opinion, is one of the most amazing gifts we can receive daily.
