“I’m not afraid.”

Courage, what comes to mind? For me, it is living fearlessly despite the good opinions of others, it is living me out loud.
Courage is living unapologetically.

Courage is the ability to beat to your own grit, boldness. Even though I am guided by external structures of life sometimes, courage is me moving from my heart even if I am scared and many times I am.

Courage is taking a chance to open the doors to life for others to live themselves authentically.

Go out in nature and see all the courage the natural environment withstands to become that amazing life in the physical force of the unforeseen. Nature uses life’s resources to nourish, heal and rebuild itself.

Today I encourage you to use your natural resources to live in your own truth, your own justice and enjoy the liberties you were born to shine in. Dolby Dharma

Courage to me is doing something daring, no matter how afraid, insecure, intimidated, alone, unworthy, incapable, ridiculed or whatever other paralyzing emotion you might feel. Courage is taking action…..no matter what. So, you’re afraid? Be afraid. Be scared silly to the point you’re trembling and nauseous, but do it anyway! ~ Richelle E. Goodrich
