Stay in your own lane!

Life in the fast lane creates a lot of crazy, unstable energies and it is quick to suck us in.

Energy can transform us or drain us, heal us or hurt us.
We are in constant motion even when we think we are not.
Just sitting around and thinking about things raises and lowers our energy.

But the biggest energy drains are people, no matter how well intended they are. We can’t change people, but we can change the way we react to them.

We know and feel when our energy is supercharged, neutral, or the battery is running out. Sometimes we choose to ignore it, and that is when shit happens.

Our energy is one of the best indicators of what is happening around us and within us. With so many people, so many energies to juggle in life it is no wonder we get thrown off our course; we are the most significant energy drains towards ourselves, just by design.

We are all emotional humans, we are all carrying around luggage from our past, present and future that can get unpacked at a moments notice; Energy shift happens, and they sometimes happen without warning.
Like a car who just shows up in your lane without notice.

It is time to wake up, take responsibility for our thoughts, reactions, actions no matter how we stumbled upon the shift. Life is speeding up, and changing lanes fast. The energy is swift and can take us out and off our grids.

The best insurance is ‘awareness.’ If you create it, then own it. If you see it, see it for what it is, and if you can learn from it, then you can transform it and take responsibility for shifting the energy so everyone benefits.

Energy will not be ignored or denied. So when you are driving around out there in life, stay in your own lane and if you have to change it up. Turn on your blinker. Knowing and awareness is our best energy preserver.

Remember to Breath in and Chill out! Feels OH so good.
