Spread Yourself Around!

You’ve heard the expression; “Be so happy that when others look at you, they become happy too.” That is what happens when you love yourself, in essence, you are spreading your happy ass around. By bringing Happiness to Others it actually heightens your own happiness, it’s a Win-Win for everyone. Don’t forget to add playfulness and silliness to the mix. No matter how ridiculous others might think you are. We need to lighten up!
