Self-Liberation

What ultimately liberates us? Awareness that we are binding ourselves to old stories that are no longer working or are working depending on how you feel it or feed it.

What liberates us? Loving and approval of ourselves, to be willing to release the old stories that no longer are interesting and entertain the possibility that all is as it need be.

What also liberates us? Giving ourselves permission to feel our feelings without labeling them right or wrong, good or bad.

Liberation will never feel so good until you take ownership of your feelings. Others may try to tell you what they think, may try to silence you or tell you not to feel that way. Let them have their say; the empowerment is your reply; “Thank you for sharing.”

Liberation is being able to hear and not react, we are all just working our way through life vacillating between student and teacher.

Each day stand in your own truth! Dolby Dharma

“Self-hatred is self-imprisonment. Self-forgiveness is self-liberation. You have the right to suppress yourself, oppress yourself and depress yourself. You have the right to impress yourself too. Feel happy!”

I am poetically clear about my beliefs which are subject to change as I change and gain more insight. Simply put, I know nothing and everything.
