What’s for breakfast?

Life is an adventure after you eat breakfast. As with most things in life, our self-talk, our attitude is a foundation to get through most situations or not. How we begin, a day makes all the difference in how the day unfolds. Just the simplicity of our thoughts shapes the structure of the day. Believe this or not, but our thoughts talk to every cell in our body, give it instructions and wish fulfilled. The cliche is; “be careful what you ask for you just might get it and then some.”

Like a good breakfast or a great cup of coffee, what we say to ourselves upon rising is nourishment for the body, our thoughts are feeding our cells with every thought, verbal acknowledgment etc…A simple ‘thank-you’ works.

Each moment of the day our bodies react to our thoughts and those opinions, views fuel our emotions that creates a physical response.

Use your thoughts wisely, make them work for you, not against you. Start the day with a breakfast for champions.!
