“IN LAK’ECH,” which means “you are my other self. We are one. I am another yourself.”
No truer words were spoken, but yet we are in a constant battle to show the ‘other’ we are different, not like ‘them.’ If you take an in-depth look into our life, we will see that we are the same in a different container.
All Relationships; familiar, stranger, lovers, etc.; are not in our lives by accident, these relationships are here to help us grow. Eckart Tolle would call them ‘Blessings,’ LOL, I am sure others would beg to differ. Relationships of all kinds can be challenging and can trigger the unconscious that needs healing. I would say the hardest challenge is to remain true to yourself, and not take an opinion, observation as an attack but as information that may or may not benefit you.
The next time you feel nudged by someone, just look at them with compassion, and say to yourself; “You are my other self.”
Each day I am present in my own heart knowing that other people are just a discovery of ourselves. Dolby Dharma SelfLove
