Instead of reacting take a moment to connect with your breath and stay in your own lane. Feel the harmony, balance, and self-control that washes over your entire being. That is being a peaceful warrior.
Today; I accept what comes my way. Before reacting I take a deep breathe and remind myself that nothing is more important than my mental wellbeing.
