Happy Thanksgiving Grate–filled Hearts!
Thanksgiving is a broadcasted day for America, and that means lots of movement in the air; people traveling and gathering to meet and greet people they have not seen in a while and share food, drink, and conversation. It’s a BIG day!
For some, it can be a very stress-filled time of year.
Going places they might feel obligated to attend, maybe this is their first time missing someone who has past, or it just can be all the prepping for the BIG celebration. No matter what the stress is we can release it, but it takes some awareness and practice on our part.
Whatever it is let’s practice some loving-kindness; first for ourselves and then to everyone else. Gratitude is a practice; if you can remember that, you are ahead of the game of life.
My life is abundant.
I have all that I need.
I am grateful for all the good in my life.
I appreciate each moment as if I had chosen it.
I am grateful.
Just saying this words to yourself throughout the day can and will shift the energy and turn mayhem into miracles.

Nobody does it better just remember that.
When I am somewhere with irritating situations, I turn it into a game that I win, and the situation or person is a winner too. Peace trumps everything. Gratitude is the giver of life.
Bringing the feeling of gratitude and appreciation to the present will only manifest more of the same.
Today, I take a deep breath, pause and give thanks that I CAN and Want to be Grateful to everyone, as they contribute someway to my aMaZing life.
