The light and dark of it all!

Opposites are the paradoxes of life; it is the giving and receiving, the ebb and flow, the dark and the light wrapped up in the polar opposites of this life.  Nothing remains the same nor appears the same. When we understand that the shadow side and the lightness of our lives create the whole self, the more we know how these opposites direct and contribute to our lives, the easier it will be to allow, accept and roll with the changes.

There is a duality at work, just look around the day.

Embrace the Divine Light; light is the life force that brings us into our radiance, our self-love, and sanctity this is the gift of grace from the celestial unknown. The eternal life force is boundless and changeless.

The shadows of life bring grace; Grace that teaches and breaks us open to ripen once again. The good news is the shadow side of life brings us the phrase; “this too shall pass,”  because the shadow has its limits, it is temporary and a continual change in life, unlike the light that is a continuous source of Divine love, light, and fuel for our souls.

It is our journey to embrace our breakthroughs and breakdowns, it is about finding our dance, and walking the tightrope of life.  Let us welcome the shift knowing the light is the eternal flashlight to help us find our way home. Dolby Dharma

SHADOW BLESSINGS

Willing to experience aloneness,
I discover connection everywhere;

Turning to face my fear,
I meet the warrior who lives within me;

Opening to my loss and pain and ignorance,
I remember who I am and what I’m here for.

Surrendering into emptiness,
I find fullness without end.

Each condition I flee from pursues me,
Each condition I welcome transforms me

and becomes itself transformed
into the blessing it always was. Jennifer Wewood.

Each day I am ready, willing, and able to accept myself exactly as I am, as I lead by example.

There is nothing noble about being superior to some other man. The true nobility is in being superior to your previous self ~ Hindu Proverb

I am poetically clear about my beliefs which are subject to change as I change and gain more insight. Simply put, I know nothing and everything.
