Trust can be so scary for some of us. We have all at some point in our lives gave situations over to another person, place, and circumstance and it did not go the way we had hoped for. What happens when we feel betrayed, or took some advice from ourselves, a friend or something we trusted and it sucked?; we turn off, and we might stop trusting, mostly doubting ourselves because we made a decision that did not go as planned and we might lose faith in ourselves to make (the right subjective) decisions.
Trusting ourselves more is what we need most when ‘it’ goes south. Nothing learned or gained if we don’t have the hiccups to cause a pause, to regroup. Self-trust means that we believe in ourselves to overcome and to trust more. When we continually live our life with a safety net, it creates a barrier to our freedom. Be open, be free. Get excited about what comes next; Another opportunity to expand. Be kind to yourself!
Each day I continue to trust in myself. My north star is and always will be my intuition; follow that! Dolby Dharma
“The most fundamental aggression to ourselves, the most fundamental harm we can do to ourselves, is to remain ignorant by not having the courage and the respect to look at ourselves honestly and gently.”
