Saying ‘YES’ to life is a fulltime practice. It is hard to be in a frame of mind to welcome the dawn with a YES especially if we have a ton of weight on our shoulders. But saying yes is the only way to empower ourselves in a way that no matter what comes our way we are full, strong and with resolve.
Authentic power=Shakit, the life force within each and every one of us, our Divine birthright. The powers that be. The flow of life.
“Shakti (Devanagari: शक्ति, IAST: Śakti; .lit “power, ability, strength, might, effort, energy, capability”), is the primordial cosmic energy and represents the dynamic forces that are thought to move through the entire universe in Hinduism and Shaktism.” Wikipedia
The opposite of all this YES energy is, of course, NO which also resides in our lives and with good reason. All things exist in opposites a polarity that creates balance.
Just for a day, commit to yourself a life of YES and see what opens up for you. Yes, vibes change everything. What would saying YES mean for you? It might mean letting go of NO. So Much Love Dolby Dharma
“Always say “yes” to the present moment. What could be more futile, more insane, than to create inner resistance to what already is? What could be more insane than to oppose life itself, which is now and always now? Surrender to what is. Say “yes” to life — and see how life suddenly starts working for you rather than against you.” Eckhart Tolle
