Do we even notice what really gets in your way? Most of the time we blame the circumstances, the situation, or other people, when in truth, it is us blocking ourselves from whatever it is we think we need or want to be doing.
It is liberating to know this, at least for me it is because I can do something about it Getting out of our own way seems to be the hardest hurdle to jump. But if we are willing to laugh at ourselves, lighten up, the path becomes clear, and we can move out of our own way.
When we face ourselves, stop resisting and most important, not to take ourselves so seriously, we can then find a new rhythm, and change up the energy and stop blocking ourselves.
Each day I welcome a willingness to let go of old beliefs that get in my way and trust as I step into a new direction.
Deloped sense of humor is the pole that adds balance to your step as you walk the tightrope of life.” – William A Ward
