Lay down the heavy heart!

when life comes upon you
like a haunting
that won’t let go
you weep in the shadows
that seem to constantly whisper
your mistakes
we are only human
fragile and resilient
brave and frightened
with our uncertainty
see with open eyes
the stars that glow
in the deep dark
radiant
with forgiving light
pierce the night with
persisting brightness
it is there
in between the rest
and the wanting to
let it go
angels hold
the holy of you
suffering is just a reflection
let it pause with you
in the aching moments
but it can not steal
the heart of you
you are the consciousness
of persistent light
let love rain down
upon you now
wash away the pain
believe in restoration
newness
like the breath of sun
that comes for you
every day
shines upon you
showing you the way
with forgiving light
angels hold
the holy of you
in between the rest
and the wanting to
let it go.

I am poetically clear about my beliefs which are subject to change as I change and gain more insight. Simply put, I know nothing and everything.
