Waking-up is to come to the realization that your mind is what put all the beliefs about life, liberty and the pursuit of YOUR OWN HAPPINESS, SANTOSHA AND PEACE in the first place, and that it is your mind that can only be changed by YOU and a WILLINGNESS to see yourself, people, place, and things differently. How’s that for a mindful.
Signs you are waking-up!
You are waking up just by asking questions, by being here sharing, learning the truth of who you are which is love, and not somebody else’s version of you or your life.
To wake up is to allow your thoughts to pass without judgment, and slowly watch your mind clear of mental clutter.
You made the mess-now you clean it up!
Waking-up is to be conscious of, and intentional about what you believe about yourself and your world around you.
Waking-up is to understand the energy that you’re putting not only into your world but into the world at large.
Energy cannot be destroyed only transformed.
Waking-up is to be honest with yourself and ask yourself questions; Are your beliefs supporting your spiritual growth?
Waking-up requires us to let go of ancient beliefs we have held for our entire lives.

Things you can do to help with your awakening.
Explore new ideas and differing beliefs. Try things on, see if it sits well in the mind.
Read books, attend workshops, and talk to other people who have different ideas about their journeys to waking-up.
Waking up happens while you are discovering new things about yourself when you are feeling a shift, that the old way is no longer the way.
Most of the time when you are waking up slowly from your slumber– you won’t realize it, it will just feel awesome, a shift you can’t put your finger on.
When you begin to understand that you are indeed waking up, allow your mind to foster new ideas, beliefs, and possibilities. That allowance will take you to new heights on your journey.
Take care of yourself, love yourself, believe in yourself.
We can’t force anything; there will be days when you take a few steps back, fall into old patterns. Allow that, notice where the mind goes when you do. Self-forgiveness is the answer to that. There is no right or wrong way to wake up— be gentle with yourself and others.
Please do your best–then let it go!
Remember waking up is not a one-shot experience.
Waking-up is a lifelong journey of expansion, undoing, unknowing, and reentering the life you have forgotten, the presence of peace, life, liberty, and a life of freedom, joy, and love.
