The Voices in our Heads, and the noise outside.

The Voices in our Heads, and the noise outside.

Tuning out and tuning in are opposites yet both active.
But we all know at the end of the day it is the voice inside your head that counts. The good opinions of others, is just that, an opinion, their POV.

Your inner voice, the one we sometimes try and tune out;  that voice is the one we must deeply listen to with our hearts.
When the story is running, it is an invitation asking us to come back to ourselves.

That chatter in our heart-mind is a constant companion whether we want it there or not, and some of us not so much. 😒

I believe it is there for a reason so that we can befriend it, and listen to what it has to say, and make our adjustments.

Let’s lean into ourselves more often and listen carefully to the chatter, and ask it want it wants us to know, then proceed.
We need to believe in ourselves; our inner wisdom is always with us; guiding us, talking to us and asking to be used by us.
Pay attention. Don’t be in a rush. Don’t try too hard on ourselves.

Welcome the self-talk. The more we use it, the more it will serve our highest good.

We are the only ones who let ourselves down; nobody else can.

When we give our power away, and hand our needs and wants over to the outer circumstances of our lives, we let ourselves down.

I think we all know, that when we expect, we most likely will be disappointed sooner or later.

But let’s have fun, and notice how our inner voice works. Let us Open our imagination to what’s possible.

Each day make this quote your mantra; I speak my truth clearly with integrity and compassion for myself.

I am poetically clear about my beliefs which are subject to change as I change and gain more insight. Simply put, I know nothing and everything.
