Love within!

Oh, how we can get uncomfortable, even struggle with saying to ourselves; ” I love you.” We blurt it out to a lot of people, sometimes just out of habit. No particular meaning the words flows off our tongues as a; see you later.

When we can accept ourselves without all the chatter, judgments, and false beliefs about ourselves we can just feel that love and compassion for our existence. This acceptance allows us to love period. Therefore, glancing in the mirror and saying those three deserving words; ‘I love you’ is easy, freeing and healing. We can also find and feel that in others as well, funny how that works.

Love, like food, is different when you are starving for it. When we love ourselves, we are never craving or hungry for love. Instead, we have a healthy appetite for love. Accepting love within ourselves with a healthy appetite feels fantastic is a fundamental part of being a whole person. It’s time to start embracing ourselves.
