We get trapped in worry, guilt, shame, fear, and patterns that are just worn out.

But like our closets filled with outdated clothing, we keep them around…

You know…

Just in case.

These old patterns can be hard to sway, after all, they are being reinforced daily.

Old clothes in the closet are hard to let go of. Our behaviors are not always comfortable to shift either. For some, holding on works and is comfortable; for others, it is pure torture.

Yet–we hold on.

How do we release non-productive patterns and behavior–the beliefs that clearly keep us in the closet, just waiting to be worn or thrown out.

real change

Making a commitment to release and shift our emotional baggage takes courage to face what we know is no longer working for us.

We acknowledge;

“I no longer need this story.
It is time to write a new one.
It is time to release any attachments to this non-productive pattern. I no longer need it to define myself and my journey.
Whenever I feel these feelings of guilt, shame, fear come up.
I feel the old patterns.
I acknowledge them, and then, I am going to remind myself, “not today gently,” and then shift my attention onto thoughts that serve my highest good.
I will not ignore any thoughts that need to be released, but I will not allow myself to continue falling into the same pattern again.
I will reach for a new story.”

feel it to heal it

The elixir to worry, trust, guilt, shame, and fear is trust. Reach inside with the strength of the peaceful warrior, a Divine goddess, and a hero that radiates love, confidence, and trust.

Love and trust those who have shown you their truth. These are magical teachings, and you, right now, are the magician. Bitmoji Image

I am poetically clear about my beliefs which are subject to change as I change and gain more insight. Simply put, I know nothing and everything.
