“Loving-kindness” is a deep feeling of love and compassion for oneself as it extends out to others. When you experience those kinds of feelings, it also affords you the benefits of trusting yourself with a deep abiding sense of general well-being.

The practice is a way to instill faith within, that all will be as it needs to be, without turning against yourself when things are not living up to how you think they should be.

Pure gratitude reaches great distances that cannot be seen with the eye, only felt within the heart space. You will know that peace because you will feel a general overall sense of wellbeing; that is the awakened heart.

Gratitude is the one true gift that awakens you to ‘WHAT IS.’
