What are the most loving things I can do for myself? How high can I take myself? Where can I take my self-love to the next level? Can I really embrace that I am worth giving self-love to myself as I give my love away to others?

Often we think of how we can please others first. Today find ways that you can comfortably put yourself first in a loving, kind and accepting way. Remember, if you can give this kind of love to yourself easily, then you can give that to others without attachment.
