Life is an opportunity to expand with Courage!
Courage is the commitment to oneself over and over again. Life can be scary at times. The pressures of life, people, family, and friends can sometimes suck the life right out of you and be replaced with doubts, fears and other peoples truths. That is the time to stand in your heart self in the heat of adversities, opinions, and judgments and have the courage to live true to yourself without apology.
We are in a constant state of change. We must be fluid and an adaptogen without losing insight of ourselves.

Having the courage to live in darkness and light. To live an authentic life takes courage and self-compassion. Courage is not doing some daredevil jump, it is to live in all the shades of life. Courage is YOU showing up to life’s party without an invitation.
Each day I act with liquid finesse. I move gracefully and expand my courage. My life changes ONE CHOICE and ONE BREATH at a time. I can do this and I AM.
