Truth and Beauty
Knowing yourself is giving yourself permission of not knowing while unraveling the most profound truth of who you are, not knowing.
We think we know ourselves because we identify with our jobs, assets, people, etc. But this not knowing is a good thing, it is a piece of self-love, a portion of the humble pie of life which graces us with compassion, wisdom, and understanding.
Not knowing is listening within to a more in-depth calling that is not contingent upon the expected external approval. It is an awareness of your core values as they resonate with you no matter what the external world says. As long as the intent is unharming to self and others.
It is a core appreciation for who you are at this moment, that allows other’s to be in sync with what it means to love themselves. It is a deep respect and personal journey that graces you, and, uncovers the aspects and the emotions of yourself that are accepted and unexcepted as you continually find your balance while you are living the unknown.
All things are continuously changing, and when we settle with that, we are home, we are practicing self-love, we are living with our pain, joy and all the love that we feel for ourselves and others.
Each day I Open my heart to deeper intimacy. Dolby Dharma
