Today I invite all of us to fill our heart with inner-peace, that space where self-acceptance dwells. Life is busy busy busy, and sometimes we forget that all we must do is close our eyes and remember, ‘There’s no place like home.’
Peace is letting go, living moment to moment. Do not plan the next minute, hour or day for few moments; feel peace, believe peace and know that peace is the path of acceptance. The breath will be your guide, just focus on your inhales and exhales and let it all go!
Deep peace is not something to achieve; it is our birthright, just access it and know it is within your power, peace that is always available to you.
Ways to tap into heart space is to establish peaceful actions;
hand gestures AKA mudras
feel your heart beating
free your mind and listen to the inner voice speaking love and acceptance;
We are enough.
Act peacefully, speak peacefully and feel peaceful. Peace comes from feeling the changes within the heart.
Peace flows from our intentions. As we know ourselves more.
We are loved by a divine source, a calmness brews within as we fill our hearts with an inner-peace that fuels the body-mind, and spirit, we can come to this heart-space inside that can endure, regardless of what challenges life brings.
Peace opens, as we melt into our true nature; that we are whole, perfect and powerful.
Today’s Affirmation: I hold peace, love, and serenity in my mind, I welcome a new way of thinking as I shift my approach within.
