Lessons learned.
With the adversities of our relationships, hopefully, we learn to trust and love ourselves deeply enough that the experience of those who admire us teach us to accept and love ourselves more and the ones who jumped ship and pushed against us taught us to love ourselves even more. The end result of the polar opposite of emotions is always the same. Love Love Love and then Love some more.
