The subject; YOU!

Never forget how much you need yourself. With all the crazy-making that comes your way on the reg, it is easy to disconnect from yourself and become fragmented.

Stay connected to your inner-source it will never let you down, and it keeps you up and running. Practice taking a good look at yourself in the mirror and see what a miracle you are indeed. When you fill yourself up with a few moments of self-love, it equates to a full tank of gas in the car. Now you can go everywhere feeling a sense of stability and not running on empty.

Mirror work is one of many ways to study yourself at the core; that long gaze into the window of your soul is incredibly healing and gratifying.

It is an awe-inspiring experience to sit and gaze into one’s own eyes, it is a practice most of us don’t do or feel comfortable doing but need too.
The benefits outway the uncomfortableness we might feel. We spend more time gazing at other people then we do ourselves.

Try it at least once a day for a min and feel the experience. It’s about loving and honoring yourself at the soul level.

Today say to yourself; Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I choose to see the beauty in myself!

“Study yourself. Become your own mentor and best friend. When you are suffering stay at the bottom until you find out who you are. Let the storms come and pass. How you walk through the fire says a lot about you. Nobody likes a victimhood mentality and what happened to you is not important. It is about how you use your chaos that matters. The dawn will come”

I am poetically clear about my beliefs which are subject to change as I change and gain more insight. Simply put, I know nothing and everything.
