I Speak My Truth; Fifth Chakra AKA Vishuddha

The Fifth Chakra AKA ‘Vishuddha’, which means “pure” or “purification.”” Is located in the throat area. “The god of vishuddha is Lord Radhe Krishna Vishuddha or Vishuddhi, or throat chakra is the fifth primary chakra according to the Hindu tradition of Tantra.” This Chakra is the center of communication, speaking, “self-expression,” “creativity,” “communication,” and “your truth.”

The Element: Akasha; Aka sha is a ajgj akash.aterm for æther in traditional Indian cosmology. The term has also been adopted in Western occultism and spiritualism in the late 19th century. In Urdu-Hindi, Nepali and Bengali, it means “sky.”~~Wikipedia

Your throat Chakra connects you to spiritual essence. Because of its location at the throat, it has been called the ‘bottleneck’ which facilitates the movement of energy through the body. It is the conduit to the upper Chakras of the head; sixth (third eye Aja) and seventh (Sahasrara is located at the crown of the head).

Opening up and keeping the throat chakra balanced significantly helps align your vision with your reality and helps relieve pressures that can affect your heart chakra (Anahata) which is located below the throat chakra.

“The throat chakra is associated with the etheric body, which is said to hold the blueprint or perfect template of the other dimensions of the body. It’s an important reference point to align the energy through the whole chakra system.”

Ways to keep your throat chakra in balance:
Speak YOUR truth clearly
Listen and be heard in clarity
Express yourself clearly, honestly, and from the heart
Don’t be afraid to show your creative life
Declare your personal essence in the physical world and own it

Mantra: Everything I speak connects me to my greatness. I speak openly and with the intention to create and live my truth.
