A Re-Membering to Remind Myself!
Write a list of things you love about yourself. It may seem silly but, when you are going through a tough time it will remind you to KEEP ON KEEPING ON!
To do list:
I will remind myself, that I AM WORTHY!
I will remind myself how extraordinary I AM!
I will remind myself of MY place in the UNIVERSE!
I will remind myself that everyone around me needs and wants my presence even if they don’t think so because I AM present!
Today I choose to take the first step! I know what I want to change up and bring in my life and today and each day forward.
