Sometimes it takes traumatic situations in our lives before we become in tune to what we have; opportunities, abundance, love, freedom and beautiful people etc. We don’t see the unseen that is always there, that is waiting to be ignited by us. We torture ourselves with the stories in our minds about what we don’t have, who we are in conflict with, what’s going wrong, not feeling well and the love we don’t think we have because we don’t love ourselves enough to know what love feels like, what abundance truly is.
We are the great sabotagers of our lives, we get in the way of the very people, things and situations that we want that we think we don’t or can’t have. It is exhausting being held up by our thoughts and beliefs that simply are not true.
Time to get in the game of life; the moment is now, the opportunity is now, everything is perfectly unperfect if there is such a thing. Don’t let anyone, anything or any situation control your destiny. Time for a jailbreak! You got this! Self-Love
“A deep sense of love and belonging is an irreducible need of all people. We are to live and enjoy life fully, cognitively, physically, and spiritually wired to love, to be loved, and to belong. When those needs are not met, we don’t function as we were meant to. We break. We fall apart. We numb. We ache. We hurt others. We get sick.” ~ Brené Brown
