Restore Thyself

We are healthy and whole, but living here on planet earth in these physical containers(s) has encoded us with some beliefs about ourselves. That being said, there are things we can do to raise up the anti to aid in our well-being.

The path to healing the self is to let go of the outside noise so that you can hear your undisputed truth about who you are and not what is influenced by society, well-meaning friends and family.

It is time to refresh, reset, redirect, and access your personal values that resonate with you. There are so many untapped resources within you, waiting for your attention. Time to refuel the body-mind and bring yourself into alignment with you and you.

Our cars run on a full tank of gas, there comes a time it gets thirsty and needs to refuel and take us places we need to go.

I know when I fill my car up it feels like a new car, runs better feels safe. Everything around us is a metaphor of how life moves. Plants need water and nourishment, our personal lives need attention, and so on.

Most of us, not all of us, tend to put ourselves on the back burner when it comes to nutritional needs; abundance, peace of mind, love, emotional support, the essence of ourselves. These kind gestures we mostly do for others.

Many benefits are available to us when we tend our own inner landscape. The stories that we tell ourselves can be heard from a vantage point to weed out, the untruths we tell ourselves about ourselves. Most of the time, the chatter dictates who we are, what we are, and shapes how we are in the world. It is healing to go inside and set that old story straight. With the truth.

  • Take a few moments each day to say something kind about yourself;
  • your body-mind is listening, and it will reward you accordingly.
You personify the universal message.
You reflect the universal face.
There is nothing in the universe that you are not
Everything you want,
look for it within yourself–
    You are that. Rumi

I am poetically clear about my beliefs which are subject to change as I change and gain more insight. Simply put; I AM and with that, I have FAITH in; Myself.
