“An Unmitigated Self.”
Uniqueness is everyone, and it organically develops when we let go of the idea of who we ‘SHOULD’ be.
We all have an unparalleled dance style, and when I refer to ‘dance,’ I am referring to the dance we do in life, the way we express ourselves doing the day to day. We all have a hidden flair imprinted in our souls waiting to be uniquely expressed. We must ‘OWN’ ourselves in a strong, unapologetic expression. If your intentions are pure of heart and your mantra is to do no harm, EXPRESS YOURSELF. The world needs you, you need you. It is a freedom like no other, to wake up and contribute to your life.
It’s never about anyone else’s approval of how YOU do YOU. Embracing YOU is what makes you; YOU. Whatever your angle is, use it!
We know that intellectually we don’t need approval, but unfortunately, it is a hard sometimes to express the authentic you; fear, judgments, self-doubt come rushing into the ‘monkey mind,’ saying, “Don’t do that, you will look foolish.,” “Don’t talk like that, you’ll sound unintelligent,” etc.
We all have our personal, “I’m not good enough” story we tell ourselves.
There is this restless mind that seeks out approval from our tribes and the world around us to see if we are getting ‘it’ right, and we are not always conscious of it. We spend much of our time flowing with the collective consciousness that we have lost our sense of self. Not all of us, but most of us. Look around, the media is endlessly telling us what to wear, how to look, what to eat, how to live, what to think, what to drive and where to vaca, and of course what pills to swallow. We are comfortably numb! We have forgotten what GREAT human artist we are.
WOW! No wonder we don’t feel so good about ourselves.
It’s time Gods and Goddesses, to let go of the idea of who you must be and break out your ‘BODACIOUS’ style of what makes your audience cling to who YOU ARE. It’s what makes you undeniably FANTABULOUS! 💃Dolby Dharma
The Mantra: Today I will resist COMPARING my life accomplishments with everyone else’s. It’s time to embrace just how awesome I am!
