My Cup Spilleth Over

Daily we are inundated with all kinds of physical substances and etheric energies; food, emotions, drama, etc. It is my experience that the most significant drains in our lives can be the people in our lives. That is a big ‘DUH,’ all day long most of us are around all kinds of humans wrapped up in their own dramatic emotions.

It’s all good, it has to be because this is how we grow and define our beautiful selves through what life bestows upon each and every one of us. It fills us up!

Each day is another opportunity in which we can practice to wake up in awareness to set an intention of letting go. The power is always in the purpose, I guess that is why we create mission statements.

Believe it or not, we are continually setting intentions throughout the day with our thoughts, words, and actions. Let’s Break old patterns by gently bringing our inner process into dialogue. Author Paulo Coelho wrote, “There is no time to leave important words unsaid.”  By making a declaration to release what no longer serves and ask for strength, courage and the wisdom to ‘let go’ on a continuum,  that is what truly liberates us, restores us and renews us, giving us more than we need, and more to share.

Let us appreciate that our cups are always full no matter how much we let go, it will never be empty because our cups are always in spilleth-over mode. Just as our hearts are always full, swollen with love and overflowing. As we continually release that which is in excess and weighs us down, there is more that will and can show up to lift us up. Nothing can keep us down when we are living with intention and awareness. Releasing is a way to make room for new adventures in our body-mind, heart, and soul. There is nothing more powerful than the intentions we set for ourselves.

Now Breathe in all the abundance!

Today I take the time to breathe in all that life has to offer me and release that which no longer serves me. Dolby Dharma

Love flows through, and we actualize our Divine Selves.

I am poetically clear about my beliefs which are subject to change as I change and gain more insight. Simply put, I know nothing and everything.
