Include Yourself

Why do some of us exclude ourselves in that pool of love?

We are so willing to give this ‘love‘ away but how come we are last; if even in line to receive that love and attention. It is unfortunate, but most of us were taught to seek love with good behavior, but the instructions were not clear; You are the most valuable gift to others, you have this magic love potion, and you must seek within; that was not included. No wonder some of us feel empty, lonely, and afraid, wandering around like hungry ghosts. If only we got the memo to include ourselves FIRST in this game of love, most likely all of our relationships would be smooth, accepting, uplifting, inspiring and helpful, even the shittest of relationships.

Newsflash; time to shift the energy into balance and pull out the missing piece within and stand in the wholeness of pure love for ourselves. This mysterious love we seek in others is actually what we want for ourselves, but we did not get the memo.

MEMO: throw out what you think you know and examine your thoughts, actions, and behavior. Now toss out any negative thoughts, beliefs, and activities that have been keeping you from yourself. Feel your balance, your well-being, and your life. Time to commit to your partnership with your self. Time for new self-discoveries, a new way of being and finding that new love within. You can do this!

Practice the following activities that include visualizing and engaging with your highest or best self.

So much lies deep within, picture looking at yourself in your current situations standing outside yourself. What words of wisdom do you have for your within self? I bet you will be surprised at what flows through you to you.

The practice of visualization or separating from the self-helps us to tap into the untold story that has been dormant, pushed deeper inside waiting to be called out to heal and love ourselves.

This practice teaches us how to parent ourselves and to ascertain; empathy, compassion, and self-love for ourselves. Dolby Dharma

You will learn a lot about yourself if you stretch Goodness, of bigness, of kindness, of forgiveness, of emotional bravery. Be a warrior for love.” – Cheryl Strayed

I am poetically clear about my beliefs which are subject to change as I change and gain more insight. Simply put, I know nothing and everything.
