Be the light whenever you can, we can’t always be those shiny happy people. Sometimes in the abyss of grief and darkness, we wrestle with our beliefs, our sense of betrayal, and our suffering. That is a fact and part of this life. But this is light!

Bathe in the light of the most magnificent presence here on Earth…YOU!  Recharge, Renew, Restore yourself so that you can bring this goodwill to all you encounter.

Life is poetry in motion, we are continually participating in creating, exchanging and sharing our perspectives and ways of understanding. We ebb and flow, like the water where there is no stillness, only constant movement. Sometimes the water is soothing, and other times it is so dark, so void of an invitation. But yet, we are drawn down under at times.

I believe we navigate life by our conscious renewable energy and shared energy resources. We are brave beyond our imaginations; when we turn on the light within or allow another to share their light, we bring a Divine understanding to ourselves, and others.

The exchange of energy shared, requires each of us to be open, to be seen, so that we may understand ourselves through this contrast.

Shine upon me, and I will Shine upon you, and together we will find balance, the light, and a new way. For darkness and light reside within us all. We discover that when we expose our darkness to the light, we warm up our souls’ and healing happens, unknown gifts and talents are revealed, only to unveil more truth within.

None of us are just black or white, or never wrong and always right. No one. No one exists without polarities. Everybody has good and bad forces working with them, against them, and within them.
