Can you live any other way?

We are so confused? Life tries to tell us who to be, how to be and why we need to be.

“Who are you to judge the life I live? Who am I to cast judgment upon myself or another?  I/we are not perfect, and we don’t have to be! It’s a rumor created by the media that continually tells us we are not enough and we need something other than our integrity to be beautiful, successful, loved, befriended, etc.

Before we start pointing fingers, make sure our hands are clean.” isn’t this the truth. We are so busy minding the lives outside ourselves that we stop being our truth. We are buying into a societal structure that doesn’t hold an ounce of truth.

The mantra; I know who I am and I know my purpose. My purpose is to discover that all my attributes are the food for my soul that makes me whole. Dolby Dharma

  • The journey begins with me, knowing myself and accepting my passions, limitations, my strengths and knowing that is enough.
  • Take inventory of your life and see what you want to change. That is the first step to your authenticity. Gandhi gives us three wise and basic guidelines to live your values: “Be congruent. Be authentic. Be your true self.”
  • Joan of Arc was passionate about living your beliefs: “One life is all we have and we live it as we believe in living it.
But to sacrifice what you are and to live without belief, that is a fate more terrible than dying.”

“ The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe. If you try it, you will be lonely often, and sometimes frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself.”– Friedrich Nietzsche

I am poetically clear about my beliefs which are subject to change as I change and gain more insight. Simply put, I know nothing and everything.
